Pengaruh Implementasi Lean Hospital terhadap Length of Stay di Rumah Sakit : Scoping Review

Layanan kesehatan menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas perawatan, dan mengatasi lonjakan permintaan. Untuk tujuan ini, beberapa rumah sakit telah menerapkan metode Lean. Tujuan dari scoping review ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak lean hospital (LH) pada lamanya rawat inap (length of stay/LOS). Review dilakukan sesuai dengan PRISMA, menggunakan 3 database untuk mencari artikel yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2017-2022. Hasil : Dari 258 artikel, 6 artikel yang relevan dan semua menunjukkan adanya pengurangan LOS setelah dilakukan intervensi. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa dengan berfokus pada pengurangan aktivitas non value added, lean hospital dapat berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan aliran pasien dan efisiensi dalam ruang rawat inap.
