Analisis Implementasi Pembelajaran melalui e-Learning pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini mengkaji kepuasan pembelajaran melalui e-learning pada Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Sosial dan Sains. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif deskriptif, Pengumpulan data dan distribusi kuesioner elektronik terhadap 200 responden, yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menghambat pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) melalui e-learning yang dilaksanakan di Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi sebagai usaha menekan penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (Covid- 19). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Mahasiswa telah memilki fasilitas pribadi yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pembelajaran melalui e-learning, (2) Fasilitas publik yang tersedia di lingkungan tempat tinggal mahasiswa belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi sehingga menjadikan kendala dalam pembelajaran melalui e-learning, (3) Secara umum, mahasiswa merasa puas akan fleksibilitas penerapan perkuliahan. Mahasiswa tidak tertekan oleh waktu sebab mereka bisa mengendalikan sendiri agenda serta lokasi mengikuti perkuliahan, (4) Pembelajaran melalui e-learning membuat mahasiswa menjadi lebih mandiri dalam belajar.
