Kemajuan suatu organisasi tergantung pada orang-orang yang mengelola sumber daya manusia suatu organisasi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, menjalankan organisasi yang baik memerlukan pengelolaan yang tepat dari orang-orang yang mau bekerja dan dapat menindaklanjuti hal tersebut secara optimal untuk mencapai tujuannya. Hal ini terlihat dari kinerja pegawainya sehingga dapat melihat kemajuan organisasi. Kinerja pegawai memutuskan keberhasilan instansi dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu.
