Penerapan Model UTAUT, Personal Innonvativeness dan Perceived Financial Cost dalam penggunaan E-Learning selama Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui behavioral intentions individu dalam penggunaan E-Learning sebagai pembelajaran yang dilakukan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Theory of Technology Acceptance and Use (UTAUT) untuk mengidentifikasi niat perilaku dalam penggunaan E-learning dan menentukan dampak inovasi pribadi dan biaya keuangan yang dirasakan dari E-learning selama periode Covid-19. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran Otomatis SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy dalam model Utaut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan E-learning dan Personal Innovativeness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Performance Expectancy dan Effort Expectancy serta dampak finansial yang dirasakan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap penggunaan E-learning di masa pandemi Covid-19. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah model yang diusulkan hanya tersedia di SMKN 4 Surabaya, X dan XI khusus untuk manajemen perkantoran. Ini diuji untuk siswa di ruang kelas. Keaslian penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dampak model UTAUT, inovasi pribadi dan biaya keuangan yang dirasakan dari penggunaan E-learning.
