Analisis Literasi Keuangan, Efikasi Diri, dan Perilaku Kredit Berisiko pada Mahasiswa di DKI Jakarta

Isu kredit konsumen online bagi mahasiswa cukup menarik perhatian akademis, namun mekanisme interaksi antara literasi keuangan dan perilaku kredit berisiko belum sepenuhnya dipahami. Berdasarkan teori literasi keuangan dan efikasi diri, penelitian ini menyelidiki mekanisme mediasi yang mendasari dan kondisi kontekstual dalam hubungan antara literasi keuangan mahasiswa dan perilaku kredit berisiko, menggunakan data dari 250 mahasiswa di DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan siswa ini memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kredit berisiko mereka, dan literasi keuangan subjektif memiliki efek yang lebih besar daripada literasi keuangan objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy keuangan sebagian memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan perilaku kredit berisiko. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi untuk literatur literasi keuangan dengan mengidentifikasi interaksi self-efficacy keuangan, literasi keuangan individu, dan perilaku kredit konsumen.
