To Strengthen Global Community Through Regional Cooperation in Security Alliances

Penelitian ini berfokus pada penguatan komunitas global melalui kerja sama dalam aliansi, institusi, dan forum yang terkait dengan sektor pertahanan dan keamanan di Balkan Barat. Keikutsertaan negara-negara di Balkan Barat, yaitu: Slovenia, Kroasia, Boznia & Hezergovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, dan Makedonia Utara, dalam aliansi, institusi, dan forum terkait sektor pertahanan dan keamanan dilandasi oleh semangat penguatan komunitas global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Analisis data secara terpisah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil dari masing-masing interpretasi, agar diperoleh interpretasi yang lengkap. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Konflik Keamanan Regional (RSCT) dari Barry Buzan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis komprehensif tentang partisipasi dan peran tujuh negara Balkan Barat untuk penguatan komunitas global melalui tujuh aliansi, institusi, dan forum, yaitu: NATO, EAPC SEEBRIG, SEDM, OSCE, dan IAEA.
