Pengaruh Dana Bantuan Operasional terhadap Kualitas Layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Pendidikan anak usia dini yang berkualitas bagi seluruh masyarakat menjadi salah satu agenda pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini adalah penyaluran Bantuan Operasional Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (BOP PAUD). Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh dana bantuan operasional terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan anak usia dini yang didekati dengan akreditasi lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) pada 481 kabupaten/kota selama tahun 2018-2019. Pada penelitian juga ditambahkan beberapa variabel kontrol untuk melihat pengaruh dana bantuan operasional terhadap variabel lainnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder menggunakan metode pengolahan data yaitu metode regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran BOP PAUD memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini, yaitu berpengaruh positif terhadap presentase PAUD Terakreditasi yaitu akreditasi A dan B. Variabel kontrol, jumlah guru yang memiliki kualifikasi S1 memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini, yaitu pada presentase PAUD dengan akreditasi A dan B.
