Pengaruh Praktik Supply Chain Management terhadap Supply Chain Performance pada Perusahaan Konstruksi di Jawa Timur

Perusahaan konstruksi di Jawa Timur paling terdampak pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan sangat bergantung pada rantai pasok untuk memenuhi pasokan bahan baku yang terhambat akibat kebijakan pembatasan sosial dan transportasi yang diterapkan pemerintah selama masa pandemi. Seiring dengan meredanya pandemi, perusahaan konstruksi berusaha untuk pulih dengan meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasokan mereka. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh empat variabel dari praktik supply chain management (SCMP), yaitu integrasi internal, integrasi pelanggan, integrasi pemasok, dan integrasi teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan (SCP) yang dimoderatori oleh intensitas kompetitif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 205 perwakilan dari perusahaan konstruksi di Jawa Timur. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas persaingan telah terbukti secara negatif memoderasi pengaruh integrasi pemasok pada SCP. Namun, intensitas persaingan tidak terbukti memoderasi pengaruh ketiga variabel SCMP lainnya terhadap SCP. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan konstruksi di Jawa Timur untuk memprioritaskan upaya perbaikan perusahaan dengan mengembangkan dan meningkatkan daya adaptasi, daya serap, dan inovasi perusahaan. Selain itu, perusahaan konstruksi juga perlu meningkatkan hubungan dengan pemasok karena seiring dengan meredanya covid-19, persaingan bisnis di sektor konstruksi juga akan meningkat, yang dapat menyulitkan perusahaan untuk menjalin kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan pemasok.
