Pengaruh Perkembangan Teknologi terhadap E-Commerce

Mudah digunakan, tetapi sulit dipahami dan dikuasai, teknologi meninggalkan jejaknya di hampir setiap bidang masyarakat kontemporer kita. Perdagangan adalah salah satu konsep yang paling tersebar luas dalam sejarah, menjadi landasan evolusi manusia melalui berbagai bentuk dan praktiknya. Menggabungkan keduanya akan membantu umat manusia mencapai ketinggian baru dalam hal perdagangan online dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan. Kebutuhan interaksi tatap muka antara pembeli dan pemasok telah sepenuhnya dihilangkan dengan munculnya e-commerce dan pengembangan platform e-commerce. Dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal dan internal, untuk meraih kesuksesan, platform online menarik perhatian pembeli, menganalisis perilaku mereka melalui algoritme pemrosesan data untuk mendapatkan informasi bisnis yang diperlukan untuk strategi bisnis perusahaan. Dengan Big Data dan Data Mining, profil setiap konsumen diproyeksikan langsung ke dalam platform, sehingga mengomunikasikan informasi yang diperlukan untuk memprediksi perilaku kunjungan platform di masa mendatang.
