Abstract

Career development is a series of positions or positions occupied by a person while working well in a corporate environment. Career development as an HR management activity basically has the goal of being able to improve and increase the effectiveness of work implementation by employees so that they are increasingly able to make the best contribution in realizing company goals. Collecting data in this study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires online. Measurements were made using a Likert scale with a scale of 1 – 4 (1

No one was under 20 years old, 37.6% had an age range of 20-30 years, 46.4% had an age range of 31-40 years and 16% were over 40 years old. The test results state that career development has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement.
