Abstract

Promosi kesehatan merupakan suatu metode merubah perilaku kesehatan yang dapat dilakukan secara individual maupun meluas di masyarakat. Dibanyak negara promosi kesehtan dilakukan sebagai cara untuk memperkaya dan memperpanjang angka kehidupan warga negaranya. Promosi kesehatan yang dilakukan dengan baik akan sangat berpegaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan perilaku kesehatan menuju lebih baik. Terdapat banyak pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam merubah perilaku kesehatan dalam promosi kesehatan antara lain: Learning Theory, Social Cognitive Theory, Stage of Change Theory, dan Theories of Affect. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dari tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2022 terkait teori-teori tersebut yang membahas cara, tahapan, serta hasilnya dalam promosi dan perubahan perilaku kesehatan.
