Kualitas Layanan di Perguruan Tinggi: Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Layanan Administrasi Akademik terhadap Layanan Perkuliahan

Perguruan tinggi dalam memberikan layanan perkuliahan yang berkualitas menjadi keunggulan kompetitif di era globalisasi saat ini. Salah satu keunggulan tersebut adalah adanya kepuasan mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan layanan perkuliahan. Kepuasan terhadap layanan perkuliahan diantaranya dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan dalam menggunakan fasilitas perguruan tinggi dan kepuasan dalam mendapatkan layanan administrasi akademik. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pandangan mahasiswa terkait dengan kualitas layanan di perguruan tinggi yang meliputi kepuasan atas penggunaan fasilitas, kualitas administrasi akademik, dan layanan perkuliahan. Informasi mengenai kepuasan mahasiswa selama mengikuti pendidikan diperoleh dari 71 mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Negeri Purwokerto. Hasil ini memberikan pengetahuan berharga mengenai pandangan mahasiswa berdasarkan pengalamannya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan mahasiswa atas fasilitas dan layanan administrasi akademik terhadap kepuasan layanan perkuliahan. Besarnya pengaruh ini dibahas dalam tulisan ini.
