Asuhan Gizi Asupan Energi Tidak Adekuat pada Pasien dengan Interacerebral Hemorrhage (ICH), Intraventricular Hemorrhage (IVH) Post External Ventricular Drai (Evd) Case – Report

Stroke hemoragik disebabkan oleh pecahnya pembuluh darah intraserebral. Kondisi ini menyebabkan gejala neurologis yang tiba-tiba, seringkali diikuti dengan gejala sakit kepala hebat saat beraktivitas akibat tekanan intrakranial atau peningkatan tekanan intrakranial. Ketidakmampuan memenuhi kebutuhan gizi yang meningkat menyebabkan tubuh mengalami kekurangan gizi, terutama kekurangan energi dan protein. Akibatnya, cadangan energi tubuh habis, yang menyebabkan penurunan berat badan, kelemahan, dan gangguan status gizi. Tujuan: Memberikan Asuhan Gizi untuk mengatasi masalah saat ini. Metode: Studi kasus observasional Hasil: Masalah gizi asupan energi yang tidak adekuat dan perubahan laboratorium terkait gizi, diberikan diet diabetes melitus (DM) dan dipantau selama 7 hari. Asupan makan pasien meningkat namun belum mencapai target yang ditentukan. Kesimpulan Tatalaksana gizi yang diberikan dapat mengatasi masalah gizi saat ini, namun masalah gizi seperti obesitas belum teratasi sehingga diperlukannya pemantauan diet DM lebih lama.
