Pengaruh Model Kooperatif Teknik Paired Storytelling terhadap Kemampuan Menyimak Cerita Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model kooperatif teknik paired storytelling terhadap kemampuan menyimak cerita siswa kelas V SDN 1 Sungai Liput. Jenis penelitian ini Quasi Experiment dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 1 Sungai Liput (53 siswa). Instrumen berbentuk tes LKS. Analisis data dengan uji Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai mean pretest kelas eksperimen adalah 47,5 sedangkan kelas kontrol 41,6. Setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen dengan teknik paired storytelling memperoleh mean posttest sebesar 88,85, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 71,8. Pada Independent Samples T-Test, diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (7,462 > 1,677) maka kesimpulan yang diambil adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model kooperatif teknik Paired Storytelling terhadap kemampuan menyimak cerita siswa kelas V SDN 1 Sungai Liput T.A. 2022/2023.
