Abstract

Kualitas kinerja guru dalam bekerja tentu akan sangat menentukan kemajuan suatu sekolah. Upaya peningkatan kualitas kinerja guru menjadi mutlak untuk dilakukan dengan berbagai cara termasuk gaya kepemimpinan dan kepribadian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan kepribadian proaktif terhadap kinerja guru melalui mediator Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data survei dikumpulkan dari 95 guru yang bekerja di sekolah XYZ Jakarta Barat dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership, kepribidan proaktif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru melalui mediasi OCB.
