Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dan Subjective Well-Being Pada Karyawan PT. X di Kota Bukittinggi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana hubungan kepuasan kerja dan subjective well-being pada karyawan PT. X di Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling dan diperoleh data sebanyak 79 orang karyawan yang bekerja di PT. X di Kota Bukittinggi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics 20 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis nilai, diperoleh data koefisien korelasi 0,462 dengan nilai P=0,000 (P<0,05) sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kepuasan kerja dan subjective well-being, nilai (R2=0,213) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,3% terhadap subjective well-being pada Karyawan PT. X di Kota Bukittinggi.
