Penelitian ini menganalisis pentingnya memahami budaya masyarakat dalam merancang kampanye komunikasi bisnis yang efektif. Dalam bisnis yang semakin global, pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap budaya masyarakat target menjadi krusial untuk mencapai kesuksesan komunikasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menyoroti elemen-elemen budaya seperti norma, nilai-nilai, bahasa, simbol, dan tradisi yang berpengaruh dalam merancang kampanye yang relevan dan menarik bagi audiens. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan rekomendasi praktis seperti riset budaya yang mendalam, kolaborasi dengan pihak lokal, menghormati tradisi, dan menggunakan simbol dan bahasa yang dapat menghubungkan dengan audiens secara emosional dan kultural. Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap budaya masyarakat menjadi landasan penting dalam merancang kampanye komunikasi bisnis yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang.
