SEFT merupakan perpaduan antara ilmu akupuntur dan psikologi yang disempurnakan dengan sentuhan spiritual yang bersifat universal. Teknik SEFT ini pertama kali digagas dan terus dikembangan oleh seorang putra Indonesia sekaligus didaftarkan sebagai karya intelektual dan karya anak bangsa yaitu H. Ahmad Faiz Zainudin.S Psi., M.Sc SE. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk menganalisa pengaruh Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) terhadap penurunan tingkat pruritus pada pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh Kota Probolinggo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan one-group pretest-postest design dan Teknik probality sampling yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah sampling sebanyak 30 responden, yaitu 30 kelompok intervensi menggunakan pretest-postest. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian: Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) terhadap penurunan tingkat pruritus pada pasien CKD yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD dr Mohamad Saleh Kota Probolinggo. Pada intervensi dengan Asymp.Sig 0,000 < ? = 0,05 Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah deberikan Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT).
