Persaingan sumber daya manusia menyebabkan setiap perusahaan harus meningkatkan kualitas karyawannya guna menghadapi persaingan di industri perhotelan yang semakin ketat. Kemunculan fenomena staycation dan pertumbuhan apartemen menyebabkan berkurangnya pengunjung ke hotel disertai menurun nya pemberdayaan fasilitas hotel untuk kepentingan MICE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification, Job Embeddedness, dan Self Efficafy Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan Hotel Berbintang 3 di Kota Bekasi Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan pengambil teknik purposive sampling sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Identification berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Embeddedness berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Self Efficafy berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
