Pengaruh Servant Leadership Terhadap Self Efficacy, Trust in Leader dan Benevolence Values Pada Coffee Shop di Kota Bekasi Timur

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Self efficacy,Trust in leader, Benevolence values pada karyawan coffee shop di Bekasi timur. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 65 responden yang diambil dari 6 Coffee shop di daerah Bekasi Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis. Program yang digunakan untuk mengolah data dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Servant Leadership terhadap Self Efficacy, Trust In Leader dan Benevolence Values. Implikasi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini, agar terciptanya Self Efficacy, Trust In Leader dan Benevolence Values pada karyawan Coffee Shop di Bekasi Timur pemimpin menerapkan Servant Leadership yang baik, dengan cara pemimpin dapat mendengarkan perkataan orang lain dengan baik, pemimpin juga dapat memahami setiap individu.
