Penerapan Manajemen Strategi dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan Bagian Administrasi Keprajaan di IPDN Kampus Sumatera Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen strategi yang dilakukan di Bagian Administrasi Keprajaan di IPDN kampus Sumatera Barat serta mutu pelayanan Administrasi Keprajaan di IPDN Kampus Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Manajemen strategi yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Administrasi Keprajaan IPDN Kampus Sumatera Barat dan mutu pelayanan Administrasi Keprajaan IPDN Kampus Sumatera Barat setelah dilaksanakannya manajemen strategi sudah dikategorikan baik dengan terpenuhinya lima dimensi pokok mutu pelayanan publik
