Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada analisis tulisan akademis siswa untuk mengetahui masalah penulisan dan keasliannya dengan menggunakan dua program yaitu Grammarly dan Turnitin. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena banyaknya siswa yang menggunakan sumber daya pendidikan terbuka yang memudahkan mereka mendapatkan informasi dan menggunakannya tanpa banyak perubahan. Perbuatan ini akan mengarah pada proses plagiarisme, oleh karena itu penting untuk mengetahui jenis tulisan apa yang dipermasalahkan dan tingkat keasliannya. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis data diketahui bahwa permasalahan penulisan sudah jelas dan benar. Masalah terjadi dalam hal tata bahasa, tanda baca, ejaan, dan pilihan kata. Untuk keasliannya digunakan Turnitin berdasarkan indeks kemiripan. Dari analisis data ditemukan bahwa 60% tulisan siswa dianggap asli.
