Dinamika Motivasi Entrepreneur pada Perempuan

Perempuan sudah banyak menjadi entrepreneur dan sudah mencapai sekitar 60% dari 4,9 juta entrepreneur di Indonesia dengan berbagai alasan namun terdapat beberapa motivasi lainnya. Tujuan dilakukan enelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika motivasi entrepreneur pada perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis melalui observasi dan wawancara. criteria informan penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang berwirausaha. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi entrepreneur pada perempuan mencakup motivasi dari dalam diri yang mencakup keinginan untuk mandiri, keinginan untuk berkuasa, gigih dan mampu melewati tantanga, ingin menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan, ingin berada dekat dengan orang tua dan lingkungan yang mencakup dukungan keluarga, dukungan suami, serta peluang usaha.
