Pengaruh Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru sebanyak 117 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini adalah angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa; 1) ada pengaruh pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur sebesar 41,6% sisanya 58,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini; 2) ada pengaruh Iklim kerja terhadap kinerja, besarnya sebesar 56,0% sisanya 44,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini, dan 3) ada pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 40,6%.
