Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai SMK Negeri 3 Sekayu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanlatori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 75 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian ex post facto. Uji instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi program software SPSS versi 23 dengan metode Cronbach’s Alpha agar analisis data lebih mudah dan praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa; 1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Negeri 3 Sekayu sebesar 25,2 %; 2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Negeri 3 Sekayu sebesar 37,6%, dan 3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Negeri 3 Sekayu sebesar 50,2%.
